Timmi joins Fitness Space to help and progress each members’ fitness goals. Timmi has had her own fitness journey loosing 88 lbs since 2020. Being a mum of two she really understands what makes this happen in the real world - juggling work, family and fitness - no fads, no quick fixes just consistency over time.
